I don't see any sensationalism apart from the attention seeking OP misquoting The Times.

F1 has truly lost its way now. There is no excitement to maintain interest in the actual 'race' as most tend to go along just to be part of it or to be seen among the 'right' crowd. Its now all about making loads of dosh for Bernie and co's wee clique. Moseley confirmed this fact when he said they don't need Ferrari and it was a fight he intended to win. What an arrogant sod!!!

How can you call it motorsport when a driver actually has to ask permission to overtake? There's no racing any more. We need a Formula that doesn't have a hardon for technology to the extent that we have now, and encourages racing skills like before. These guys aren't racing drivers now, as they're reduced purely to operators of the 'cars'.

Juan Montoya summed it up well when he left F1 because he wanted to go back to racing again!!

Ferrari are right to tell them to take a hike and hopefully others will follow and maybe start a new formula and a return to motor racing once again.

+1 I rather hoped these new regs for 09 would make overtaking easier. Still a procession.
