Some taxi driver hit me on my l.h.s whilst i was turning left, pushed me 20m up a hill, on a 30mph zone, and then claims that he has whiplash since his 4-star-NCAP car didnt protect him enough...

That looks horrific - as above glad you didnt have a passenger otherwise that taxi drive would have had more than a stiff neck to worry about.

J111, the story is like this.

I turned right off the main road onto lister hill, then i started to turn left on to bachelor lane. The taxi, turned left onto lister hill without slowing down or checking if the road was clear. He pushed me up the hill, thats why its hard to see from thoose photos were i was going.

The rozzers said that it clearly looks like its 100% his fault.. but u kno taxi drivers..

anyway..

the car will be reshelled.. its just a shame though, cause that shell was 100% original

Ouch. Not a good junction, that one, I've seen someone do a complete brain in neutral turn into Bachelor Lane across traffic turning up Lister Hill more than once.

Were you turning left into that side road or turning left out of it? Either way how did it happen?
