Suzuki have announced at the Tokyo motor show that they intend to produce a fuel cell scooter. Hydrogen probably suits bikes better than cars so it will be interesting to see how this story develops, but the stats look good. 210 miles from a "10-litre" tank of H2.

If and when we ever see any in the UK remains to be seen.

How many motorbike repair shops do you know that have mechanics that are experts in fuel cell technologies and have the kit to deal with them?

Much easier to just burn the hydrogen in an IC engine.

It is easier, but it's stupidly wasteful.

I daresay any manufacturer who releases new technology makes at least some kind of effort to train their engineers in servicing. There was once a time when noone knew what ABS or fuel injection was.
