Admittedly it looks quite good but for £25k there's quite a bit of metal already in the UK 10 years old, as quick, correct hand drive, and less likely to try and kill you at every push of the loud pedal.
There's hosts of very cheap Jap offerings before you look at the German cars. If it was so easy to make money importing cars like that there would be a fair few speciality dealers doing it already.

can you give any examples of the Jap and Germans you mean?

concerning the import etc I don't think there is much more to it then buyibg the car, getting a shipping and insurance quote and putting it into a container, maybe get some spares too. Have naver imported one but what else is there to pay attention too?

Anybody imported a car from the US?

There are stacks of single turbo supra, skyline, subaru, mitsi evo material that is under 25k available most in the £15k bracket that would keep up with that in a drag and leave it for dead in corners. RS6's are now in that price range and there will be alot of tuned german metal in that price range.
As for importing its been a while since I had a car in from Japan but there is a percentage of the value import duty to be paid and probably an SVA to get it through. Shipping will add to the cost as well. I'd be surprised if you saw much change from £30k shipping a £25k car like that one here.
