Bernie has put in a post-deadline bid to take over Saab in partnership with Genii Capital.

My guess is that he is hoping to take it over at minimal cost. It could be a shrewd move.

Isn't there some sort of conflict of intrest there? Genii Capital now own Renault F1, Bernie is joining them to buy Saab.
