ultraseal or puncture safe

Just asking has anyone used this product, does it do what it says on the tin.
Also can you use your tyre after tyre weld foam Ive been told two different outcomes one you simply clean off the foam and repair the puncture the other one is the tyre must be replaced

I've used it on my old ZZR600 motorbike that was always
picking up punctures in the rear tyres. It repaired the
tyre and held the pressure, no problem.

It's not a foam. It is like half-set blancmange with little
fibres in it that stop the puncture hole site.
