Is this something new or the Evening Standard dredging up some old scare tactic again? Sounds absolutely fantastic, especially extending the bus lane over the elevated section

Well they're implementing the strategy to open the hard shoulders as running lanes during peak periods as they're now using the hard shoulder just prior to the Llantrisant junction at peak periods. Makes the other lanes somewhat narrower though - probably impose a speed limit soon with a speed camera.

imho its just another load of b***ocks from a bunch of retards!

if they do extend the bus lane i want to see prescott and livingstone used as hardcore for it,along with the rest of the useless fs that supposedly run the road networks.....bunch of numpty fwits!

it seems obvious to me that all the traffic will simply move onto the a40 to the north, causing even more mass congestion than there is now between denham and paddington and then on to the a501 and the extra traffic that will use the m3/a3 to the south will add to the already bad congestion to feltham/twickenham/kew/kingston and the surrounding metropolitan areas.....i bet the emergency sevices and the commuters will LOVE prescott and red ken for this little gem

these cs dont know nish and are obviously dilluded beyond belief!.

if only prescott and livingstone's dads had been sober, they would have shot them both into space (or just onto a bit of kleenex) before infecting mankind with their presence and bloody-minded stupidity.

So the first time: they introduced the M4 bus lane and changed the traffic light timing, which both increased congestion; and then introduced the congestion charge.

and now they want to increase congestion further by extending the bus lane, and introduce another congestion charge along the same route?

Exactly how stupid do they think motorists are??
