Due to the difficulties involved with monitoring and moderating the forums, we have a simple rule that says no naming and shaming.

When naming and shaming, invariably one side of the story is put with the 'guilty' party often not knowing about the posting they have no recourse to reply or defend themselves.

As we don't want to get caught up in any legal arguments about defamation, we have that simple rule. Sorry, but that's the only way to protect ourselves and the reputations of reputable businesses.
