I would ordinarily have said peninsula, they're my number one choice for anyone not using me!! lamo .. but if you have issues then let's see ..

When i spoke to andy at APM on the fone a few weeks back he came across as being a very genuine likeable* fellow, and reports suggest his work is very very very good too .. so why not give him a bell?

don't know if that's the corect spelling, but I wanted it to not read *lickable* fellow hence the inclusion of the *e* lmao

darreni,

I would agree with Jool with the Andy @ APM option. He just serviced my cerb (and my ex-griff prior to that). Excellent workmanship at a fair price.

I can also give Andy at APM a big thumbs up he knows his stuff and at a good price too.

And with out him I wouldn't have found out about the Red Rose chipping that TVR power do.

Not if their sales depratment is anything to go by. That's not a name and shame, draw your own conclusions.

I don't believe i have, just looking for some alternitive suggestions, while ruling out one common suggestion.

The reason for not using someone has not been disclosed.

Thanks for the idea's guy's. Jools, how are you fixed, work wise, at the moment? (silly question) I could combine a trip back with a service.

Hi Darren,
How did you fare on the servicing scenario? I have thought of booking my car into some mainland garage to have mines serviced whilst having the facility of using a loaned or hired TVR and having some sort of holiday as the car was being serviced.
However I have always chickened out, as Ken Hudson across here has always done a fantastic job on what I have had, and reverted to the saying if it isn't broke don't attempt to fix it. Hopefully you'll have this sorted when Freelance take up the agency? I tried to email you offline but your address is unavailable.

Best Regards,

James Sim.

Hi James, i've not had the service done yet (moved house etc) & i may do it my self (i have access to a ramp & also have the software & syncrometer etc.)

I have heard some good things about ken, but he wanted the car there for a few days, and as mine is a daily driver, this is not an option.

we should organise some sort of inter island gathering, few beers & bbq.

Don't know what is going on with the e-mail, my adress is: darreniles@aol.com

Ted, any idea's why aol is still bouncing mail?
