Cerb for sale

Whos is it? Anyone on here?
Im quite liking that spoiler but i cant find anything on t'internet from the name of the supplier on the ad.
It looks like it should be there, would it do the same job as the chin spoiler that falls off a lot?

I've always liked that splitter, however the car looks odd in profile as the front is lower than the sills and rear valance, I'd end up having to modify the sides and rear also.

I know this car and the owner from the Supercardrivers club, i don't think James does PH. If i remember correctly it is also short inducted/remapped and posted over 400 bbhp on the RaceProved dyno. It does actually look quite good with body mods, unfortunately it is also referred to as the Purple Coffin in SCD circles.

I believe Boosted Cerb (Rich) also has one of these spoilers on his, might have been a 'Carbon Al' creation.

I love to see a cerb in my rear view mirror or driving towards me - always look very mean as the bob along. This cerb followed me on one of the supercar driver outings - it looked even meaner than standard in the rear view mirror

My 4.2 has exactly the same front spoiler.. it was designed by newlun performance and required more work to blend it in properly.. Mine has been blended in and looks lovely!

Looks mean, suits the Cerb! I agree with Ridds though, needs side skirts too.. does anyone have any photos of Christof's old Cerb?? It was pure evil in black with skirts/lip/diffuser and apparently helped stability on the autobahns he frequented.

I loved that at the time, would be gr8 to see pics again to see if it stood the test of time!

I might be able to throw a couple of pennyworth in, if you look at mad Jon's (aka CIRBY)Cerbera 450 you will see his has the same arrangement, think it was probably inspired by some race cerbera's I have seen pictures of, poss from Japan?

I am not shy of messing about with originality of TVR's I think it looks mean from the front, but as the previous poster said poss wants some side stuff doing..it is a personal choice thing tho isn't it?

As you will know I have fitted some from splitters to the Chimaera which looks sweet, but they are in a two piece arrangement and again open to opinion's ..

Ah cheers Steve, the spoiler looks very good on your car, i hadnt thought to look at the front of chims!
Ill have a look at Jons cerb now if i can find a pic, where is this Newluns then? still cant seem to find any info.

Glad to see your on the mend matey, at least youll have plenty of home time to get that cerb looking as good as the chim good to see you posting up again. If you still want me to pop round and sort the elecgremlins then just ask, i know youre not shy

Hi Loz,

Cheers yep out of hospital and taking the tablets...six month driving suspension is a small price for what could have been...anyways Newluns was run by Greg Lunn, based on a farm unit next to Castle Race Engines in Northants.

Greg did a few mods on TVR's including the two smolenski cars (carbon Tuscan and a T350),and did the subtle mods to my chimaera...look at the front indicators blended in.. anyway Greg has moved to a more central point on a industrial estate in Northampton and is trading under another name still doing TVR's but other stuff too, I have Greg's mobile if you want it.

Hope this helps, quite correct to keep that Cerbera.

Re electrical drain, I disconnected siren and wiper motor prior to my little 5week hospital leave, Ginny has been putting the trickle charger on and off every few days the battery light indicator turns green after a few minutes which suggests one of these two areas is the culprit as there is no constant drain now...so hopefully sorted....my memory is shot for the two weeks prior to the incident so had forgot I asked if you could look at it!
