Another 4.5 owner has just been looking at my car, he was surprised that I had a single rail as he has two! What is the difference?

I thought that a single rail was for a 4.5 and a double rail is a 4.2

I've got a single rain on my 4.5 as per all the others I've seen.

sounds like he has 4.2 inlets on his 4.5
