racing reds damping setup?

Hi guys i have just recieved some Racing Red coilovers which look great, quality is brilliant(well the outside ha ha)Does anyone know roughly what damping front to rear should be to get started? There are 32 clicks of adjustment, many thanks.

Hello Joe I have tyhe Nitrons, slightly different but same manufacturer, I run mine 4 clicks from hard on the front and 6 clicks from hard on the back, seems about right for me.

Another tip is to mount them with the adjuster at the bottom, makes it much quicker to adjust.

Hi Martin, thanks for that. I couldn't afford the nitrons so thought i'd try these first. So they can be run upside down like nitrons? That would be a lot easier!

There should be 40 clicks from fully soft to fully hard.
Try starting for road use by turning clockwise (ie screwing upwards towards adjuster if it's at the top) to fully hard, then backing off by 25 clicks.
They're a great damper for the money. In my experience the setup is enhanced by setting the ride height an inch lower all round.
