Passnger door problem !!!

Got a bit of a problem. When you operated the passenger window and it gets to the bottom of its travel, the passenger door pops open. When it first happenend we were on the French autobhan on the way to Le Mans. Now happens all the time.........Any ideas ? Cheers.

Try unplugging the 'Windows doors control box' that sits in the boot above the fuel tank. Clean the terminals give them a good blow out and check the condition of the wires.

What you describe does sound very odd but I would check this first. After that take the door card off and check the operation of the window and check it's not doing anything odd.

My guess would be a dodgy connection in the door harness from the internal door release button that the window is moving when it reached the bottom of its travel.

I would take the door card off and wiggle stuff.
