Horn and main beam not working

I've searched but can't find an answer to this exact problem:

Horn not sounding, but I can hear a click from a control box in the back when I press the button

Main beam not working. When I press the button, the dash mainbean light comes on and there's a click from the control box in the rear, but lights don't come on. If I try with dipped beams on (which work) then pressing the main beam button just turns the dipped beams off, leaving sidelights on.

This all started since i had a replacement alarm siren wired in at an indie the other day. Not sure if that could be related so I'll take it back to them, unless anyone can help me fix it! I had a dig around in that area to look for any loose connections; there's one connector with 5 wires which is not connected to anything but I can't see any obvious place that it belongs! I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

I've had a look at the steering wheel ECU and ribbon cables which all seem connected OK. Tested horn wiring and no current flowing when button pressed.

Any ideas?

Check the fuses, not just the obvious ones but all of them as some times the have secondary functions like potecting the supply to control boxes.

Cheers - checked fuses, all fine.

Went back to Austec, who traced it to a loose harness connector near the alarm...must have been dislodged when they wired the new siren in

All working fine now....and it was a good excuse for a blast there and back

It really is sounding and pulling better than ever since I had the mapping sorted out there and the manifold cracks welded up. There's no better feeling than driving a Cerb in fine fettle
