I must admit to doing the same with the dear wife on our 25th this year. Big butch discovery into to lakes with all it's twisty heat building roads or take the Cerbera. Cerbera won it by a mile and we spent a fantastic time driving around
in what turned out to be perfect weather.
So get your queen out, dust her off, clean the soft bits, give her all the love you have and then she will be even more happy to take the Cerbera.

You probably know this already, but you can't actually drive into Polperro - you'll need to leave the Cerb in the big car park at the top... 
Be sure to try the Polmary Restaurant - half way down The Coombes on the left.

For all you others I have driven the Cerb for the last 12 years in all weather conditions
and unless I have to drive her in wet , slippery roads I would prefer to drive her in good weather conditions so I can get best driving experiance out of her as I can 
and I have decided after years of expiriance that they seem to go better when the roads are dry and not slippery and I don,t feel the need to smash her up and my driving style suits good road conditions see my nickname , I want to keep her for a very long time as well so why take chances off

And somewhere you will find many years ago a convoy of cerberas driving through a rain storm during the BNG.
