As the title says reluctantly she has got to go , I have had the Cerb for 12 years and she has got to go and I do not her to go :furiuos: but needs must as I,am fighting a solicitor I have put on Cerb forum first as I would like her to go a good owner for full details email me

oh yes will be a sad day when she goes, had some great fun with her over the years and bad times even when the crank snapped in France, but I still love the car and hope she goes to a good owner

Its a hard thing to do,last year i sold my motor which i had for 12 years.The only car i ever wanted more was a cerb and mid last year we saw one at a show which ignited the fire again and made me get my arse in gear.Hope all works out for you bud life can be a real st sometimes,but dont let the bds grind you down

have you taken advice on your problem with the solicitor ? Sometimes there's more than one way to skin a cat, depending on the issue.

I've sued 3 times and won three times, twice with bent, lying, cheating solicitors assisting the other side against me.

No problem - as i said, I love frying bent lawyers for breakfast.

However - success depends on one simple, straightforward aspect. You are either in the right or you're not, even if it's "complicated". If you are, should be salvageable.
