Track Day Noise Limits

I had a feeling the new Cerb was a little noisy so got myself a noise meter to test it... 108dB @ idle and 118dB @ ~4500rpm :-O

It's decatted, so I'll put those back on. Any ideas of the difference they will make to the noise levels? I've seen the Decibel Inserts from Jetex that have been metioned occasionally on PH. Will putting the cats back on and one of these inserts be likely to bring the noise level down to < 105dB or would I be better off looking into a swappable rear exhaust section with a proper silencer in it?

CATS make about 10dB difference from what I have seen.
