Rear damper needed for a 4.5

One of my rear shocks is leaking slightly. I was intending to replace them at some point as they are probably getting past their best.

I was wondering if anyone has a spare one floating around due to upgrading to aftermarket dampers that they might want to sell?

Alternatively if anyone has a set of Nitrons that they want to sell please let me know.

I was always under the impression it was not a good idea to replace the damper on one side of the car and that they should always be replaced as pairs.Does this also apply to the springs or am I getting mixed up?

What's the general consensus?

Personally I would only ever replace suspension or braking components in pairs as an axle set. Some things are probably more critical than others, but with a powerful RWD car like the Cerb with no driver aids, why take the chance? Its not as if it needs an excuse to spit you off into the scenery.

To be clear it was only intended as a stop gap until I get a set of Nitrons fitted. The car is still on original dampers at 50k so I can't imagine putting on a used one until the new year will make a huge difference.

I've a complete set that needs a new home. Removed this year from my 04 car with 22k on it. I'm near London. There is a bush stuck in one of the fronts but rears are fine come with springs.
