window motor earth?

hi all i still have got very slow windows (both sides) and no power to close with out a help from my hand,tryed most things new runners, motor,lub window box ecu ,battery,still wont have it ,i get a 12.3volt fed to motor so i am now thinking earth ,where do they pick it up from,if i put a battery stright to the motor it flys up!

you have cleaned all teh connectors haven't you, slow or weak windows arwe normally caused by poor connections in the plugs inside the door.

done that, its got to be some thing simple(i hope)

Try jumping the earth side of the motor to a known good earth. If its an earth issue that should make it go away, so at least you will know what you are looking for.

are there any other connectors apart from in the door and on the window box ?

Yep, loads of door wiring connectors behind the carpet by the driver's right ankle - and the passenger's left one.
