Ex Cerb owner

Well, it was with a tear in my eye (and tears streaming down the face of my 4 year old) that I said goodbye to the beastie today. Never thought I'd sell it, and didn't actually advertise it, but the next owner just sort of turned up and it seemed like the best thing for a number of family reasons.

Anyway, I am gutted. I have loved it owning it (and occasionally hated it) over the three years I was privileged to have it, though I'm confident that I can say that I've let it go well prepared for another 15 years of petrol-fuelled pleasure.

Thanks to all the Cerbera hardcore who have helped me out with information over the years, who, knows, maybe I'll be back.... Needless to say that the new owner is a PH'er who will, no doubt, be along at some point to ask for some guidance from these pages!

Coincidentally, I have just opened an email from a *very* happy Cerbera owner, who picked up his Cerbera today . So you have made someone else very happy .

I don't think I'm alone when considering you one of the best sources of technical info/help from the experience you gained when you rebuilt your Cerb.

As a forum you will be sorely missed, good luck with whatever you decide to replace it with

...just read your post, shame on you that after all the work you put in you Cerb you ended up selling the car to a just-sort-of-turned-up ...very lucky ... person ;-).

Thank you from germany for all the help I got from you, your patience in explaining to me all the stuff during my engine rebuild on the phone ... and sorry that the Mrs. always thought I was an insurance broker trying to sell something when I tried to reach you by phone

Hey Günter I still exist, I just haven't got the Cerb anymore! You're always welcome to call if you want to talk anything through, and besides, my wife thinks we need health insurance
