Battery removal/alarm

Hi everyone,

Ive taken the battery out of the cerb this evening to get at the water pipes under the pax wing, so I can replace them....is the alarm going to go off at some point in the night if I leave the batter you, as the internal battery runs down to the alarm? :-0

I've left the battery out of mine for extended periods, but I've never heard the alarm anyway so I don't know if the siren is actually connected.

Nope, but the car may run like sh!te if you leave it off for a while - the cure is an italian tune up... everything seems to fall out of line with the ECU, maybe the adaptives, either way, its cured after a few accell runs normally. It may go off when you reconnect the battery though, so be ready with the fobs!

Yeah it did that last time...so will be more prepared this!
