Seat Removal

Going to get my drivers seat refurbished, anyone any watch outs, advice or tips on removal process?

I did a search and "nothing found" returned, maybe being too precise with search query.

It happens, it is Pistonheads after all...

As per those threads, I advocate buzzing the bolts from underneath with a grinder. New bolts are cheap,(though can be fiddly to get into the rails). If you are planning on taking the seats out again, then replace the nylock nuts with a plain nut and a lock nut. That way you can easily undo them at a later date.
