Dear Jools - thank you thank you thank you for de-clunking my Cerbera, advising me so professionally on what I did and didn't need to do and in the process saving me a considerable sum of money that mentally I had already allocated. The speed bumps this morning were an absolute joy, no embarrassing creaks as I crept over them , no clunks, no clatters. NOW SEND ME THAT BILL COS THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU CAN MAKE A SENSIBLE LIVING BEING THAT DECENT, SENDING ME AWAY WITHOUT A BILL TO SEE IF IT HAD WORKED FIRST AND THEN NOT GETTING PAID QUICKLY FOR USING YOUR KNOWLEDGE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. Thouroughly enjoyed chatting with you and when i do go for the upgrades will definitely be calling you. Well worth the drive up from London and back again.
