Centre Console

I am getting the Cerb retrimmed in the next few wweeks and just wondered how I get the padded bit of perforated leather off the center console.

It is bolted on from behind. You need to remove the centre console to get to the bolts. If you can lift the helmet holder end of the console (without damaging the flimsy bit by the cubby hole) you might just be able to get a hand far enough up behind it to get to them. I couldn't do it that way, but it might be worth a try.
