Recaro Start Impact Cushion

I am experimenting with the options for a baby seat. My youngest is 9 months old and will probably hit 9KG about the same time the Cerb will back on the road after its winter hibernation.

I have the option of purchasing a TVR seat but also want to try a Recaro Start. The seat is easy enough to come by but the Impact Cushion is proving more tricky?

Anyone got one they would be willing to sell me?

Just found your post I have an immaculate Recaro Start impact cushion. If you want it you can get intouch with me using the contact info at this website www.aoawebdesign.co.uk . My daughters just grown out of it. I can't recommend the seat enough I have 2 of them for my daughters. Great you don't need to listen to their kids music.

Hi,
I bought a recaro start for my 12 month old daughter a while back but I'm reluctant to use it, hopefully someone else that own's one could put my mind at rest? Basically there designed to fold (for storage?) but Is there a button or leaver that allows it to do this? Mine just seems to fold down with no resistance ( maybe when in the seatbelt stops this.?)
It just doesnt seem right and I'm concerned that under braking the back part would fold down! is it broken?
any help would be great as it's just collecting dust
