Has anyone got any experience of AST shocks as supplied by Racing Green?
I was thinking of Nitrons but RG recommended AST's were better and cheaper.
I think the cost difference is very small so not too bothered about that.
I doubt it will be used on the track so just a good road setup is needed.

Well I decided to go for Nitrons as everybody seems to rate them highly, and they arrived today.
I'm very impressed with the quality, can't wait to see what the ride is like.
It's off down to Dulfords in the morning for a full alignment as I've completely rebushed it with Super-pro bushes, fitted new ball joints and new track rod ends.
The drive down there should be entertaining with random toe in/out at all for corners and even more random camber angles
looking forward to the drive home though

i had mine re bushed, fully aligned and nitron shocks with eibach springs fitted towards the end of last year. when i picked the car up i could not believe how different it was. not sure how much of the difference was due to what as it had the original shocks and springs and wheels before and i also had 18's fitted at the same time but i was pleased with end result.
