Just a couple of suggestions for your wiper motors not working.
Firstly check the sitch on your steering wheel, if this isn't the problem, then check the ribbon that links to the buttons by removing the centre boss and the steering wheel, check the ribbon cable for any sign of damage. Then Check the ECU for the steering wheel controls which (on my car at least) is hidden under the dash near the steering column, this is what the ribbon on the steering wheel goes into open it up and check inside for any sign os burnt connectors etc.
Other than this I can't make any other suggestions.
