Window runner replacement.

So I have some felt window runners which I am planning on popping in later. Hopefully this is pretty easy from what I have read?
The door card has fixings on the side, are there any others to consider? I have some silicone based spray for the sliders as well to improve things. Any others tip which might be useful?
I will put up some pics on here which might help others in the future if I get it right!

Yes there's some more countersunk pins along the bottom edge of the door and also at the top where the hinge is.
Take the door card off carefully as there are wires connected to it and some plugs etc.
