Drivers window not fully closing

The search facility is down so I thought I'd post this.

When I was mucking about with the car yesterday I pushed the drivers door shut but the window didn't fully close - probably left open by about half an inch. It had done the usual drop of an inch or so from fully closed when I opened the door but wasn't against the seal when closed. I can 'manually' close it if I am in the car and have access to the button but then the same thing happens again if I open and close the door. Passenger side is ok.

What should I be checking first ?

Mine does this sometimes, like the motor doesn't have enough oomph to pull the window passed the inside of the seal. When I press the fob to lock the car up, it then tries to put the window up. Help it up with your hands and its normally fine.

Reset the control box by unplugging it and pluging back in. The ones ontop of the fuel tank.

Can't remember if you have to have the window fully up. But just do that from the passengers side then reset it.

As a quick fix... With your fob: alarm on then alarm off. The windows should fully close.
