MOT fail help!

Ok so it was MOT time today and it went well, just a few points that I need to get fixed in 10 days.
Headlight level too high on the near side
Near side steering gaiter split
Missing wheel nut!
So how do I adjust the headlight level? I have the lightweight modification, is it a case of removing the wheel and adjusting it in the wheel bay?
The Gaiter I have ordered from racing green for £20 so that should be an easy fix (I hope!)
As for the wheel nut, not sure how or when that went, and a bit concerning, but the rest are tight so not a problem, does anyone know what wheel nuts will fit? Or does anyone have 1 spare that I could pinch?
All in all I was happy, should be on the road for next week!

For the Headlight adjustment you will need to measure the height of the top of the wheel arch both sides.
Jack the car up, remove wheels corresponding to the side you need to adjust.
Remove inspection hatches.
Lower vehicle back to previously measured height.
Adjust lights accordingly (use the old school wall and chalk line method). Search online for this.
Refit everything.
