inlet manifold

i have recently had mt inlet manifold painted and to do this the painter removed all the allen screw plugs. Do i need to use a thread lock or some sealant when putting them back?

I'd use thread lock to prevent them vibrating loose.

IIRC the engine build manual says use PTFE tape on the plugs
