Fuel pipe... Where does it go?

Hi there, iv had my engine out am in the process of putting it back in. The question I have is..
There is a fuel cooler that connects to the air in pipes at the front of the engine on the chassis. The drivers side pipe is a fuel line from under the bulk head but where does the passenger side pipe return too. Hope this makes sence

The drivers side of the fuel cooler connects to the fuel pressure regulator, the passengers side goes to the fuel return line under the expansion tank.
