Oil recomendations.... engine, gearbox and diff

Hi all, just put my engine back in after having the bottom end rebuild and the cams changed, i Have a 4.2 with 40k on the clock, cant remember what oil i used last time but from looking on other sites it seems to be 5/50 fully is this correct?
The gearbox takes atf but will any do?
What oil is best for a hydratrack diff.

mine runs on moblie 10/60 fully synthetic,and has done for many years
diff oil was a morris oil/ bought from racing green.will cost you about 40 quid.
gearbox not to sure as i have not done this yet

All on Opie oil recommendations and from on here.

Engine- Silkolene PRO S 10W-50

Diff- mine is not a hyra track so can not help.

Gear box- Fuchs TITAN ATF 3000

And brake fluid as well- Silkolene Pro Race Brake Fluid Racing DOT4
