valve stem seals

can anyone tell me what the valve stem seals on the ajp are from they look a bit antiquated is there an upgrade?

When I rebuilt my last AJP I sourced them via my local machine shop. IIRC they were from a Vauxhall engine. He just measured them and checked his magic book of knowledge!

When I had my engine done the valve stem seals were found to be rubbish, I don't want to post the name of the garage that fixed it by having there own seals made up as someone will turn up and start trying to grind his axe again. So mail me and I'll tell you. They should be able to help you out.
