Fitted new throttle cable today

I found that the cabin phase was a piece of Pi$$ compared to the absolutely tortuous path the cable takes once forward of the bulkhead.

Sorry no pics i'm afraid. If I had taken the camera outside, I would only have put a hammer through it.

They must be routed differently then. Mine goes straight through the grommet in the bulkhead straight to the linkage. The tortuous bit of mine was from the pedal to the bulkhead

Just done mine. I used the old cable as a mouse (zip tied) to new cable and pulled/pushed it through. It took a bit of tugging so use I suggest using a few decent zip ties. It would have been a nightmare trying to route cable behind pedals without (I tried this with no luck)

Was confused by the lack of slot on top of the pedal. JCERB enlightened me so pedal out, cut glue out of wire slot and put all back together.

I did not bother with seat out.

Tie a bit of string to the old one before you take it out. It makes pulling the new one through the same path a doddle.
