Cerb 4.2 oil recommendations

There seems to be a massive difference of opinion on what oil is best for the AJP V8.

TVR Power - Semi-synthetic 10W40
TVR Manual and Racing Green - Fully-synthetic 0W40
OPIEOIL - Fully-synthetic 5W40 or 10W50

My new Cerb has done about 28k miles and I would be really interested to see what others use.

APM always told me to use 10-50 fully synth in mine (mobil 1). He built it, so I did as told!

I am on 10-50 fully synth and my oil pressure is much much better right away. And i changed the relive spring too.

Silkolene/Titan Race Pro S 5W-40 in mine , oil pressure

55 hot idle to 80ish @ 3000rpm+, less valve train noise as well.

Im on 10-60 castrol edge sport,as the motor has run on this from very low miles.have just had my cams etc checked and they are like new ?mechanic in garage says this is very rare miles are now 49,000.
