Looking round for a Speed Six (despite what some postings say!), does anyone know much about the one down at Dream Machines at the moment up for £24,495? Would be travelling from Essex, so don't want to waste a Saturday! Not that drooling over the eye candy there would be a waste.

Cerb on their website is just outside my price range at moment, but they would be closest to me. Just a waiting game I suppose for the right car.

Offord's may be worth a try too, although they don't seem to have a Speed 6 in at the moment.

Have you thought of going through a specialist (don't think James Agger does the 6s, but Rob Ingleby might)? Or maybe a private sale via this forum or the TVRCC -- could pick up a bargain that's been owned and loved by an enthusiast?

Cheers, if there are any decent Speed Six owners (about a year 2000ish) out there looking to move on, let me know..

Judging from your original post it sounds like you all you want a Cerb for is to:

Pose in
Toast folk in
Show off and pose in
Show off fast and pose in
Show off going fast whilst posing and taosting folk in

Good choice!

Could be interested, haven't driven (just listened to) a S6 yet, so that's the plan this weekend. Tried a 4.5 at a soon to be ex-dealer, but wasn't too impressed with that particular car, so I'm trying to find a decent dealer. If you can send across details, once you are prepared to let her go that would be great.
