4.5 throttle body diameter

Does anybody know the inside dia of a 4.5 throttle body?

Have a mate who wants to sell me a synchrometer and I just want to make sure it will fit!

I dont have anything as sophisticated Vernier calipers, but with a ruler mine are about 48mm inside diam at the top.
