A worsening vibration from the front offside turns out to be a pair of bulges in the inner sidewall,( glad I checked !!)

The tyre is a virtualy new Bridgestone SO2...only done 2000 miles or so, loads of tread, and I have definatly not clouted it .....

Anyhow,

There are plenty of SO 3`s about at £150 or so, but no SO2`s

Any clues as to a dealer with one on the shelf??

So2's have been replaced with So3's for at least 12 months now. If you can find a So2 on the shelf it'll have been sitting a long long time.

Suggest you bite the bullet and replace both tyres. For £150 quid you are into a pair of Toyo Proxes sort of money. Someone on the Chim forum got a a pair fitted balanced, etc for £86 each.

Edited for typo.

Best number on the Toyo T1R is £160 each ( others quoted £185 each)

Dorset is obviously not the place for discount tyres
