Slight Issue with starting button

Noticed in the last couple of weeks that sometimes the black starter button doesn't respond to a press - either just to turn on the ignition or to start the car. Couple of presses need sometimes for it to work and also seems to only be an issue when cold, once warm the problem goes away. Also noticed that sometimes when it does work the ignition light, oil pressure light and MIL light, stereo all flash very quickly before coming in solid

I am guessing from the symptoms its a relay on the way out somewhere but was wondering if anyone else has seen a similar issue.

It does sound like the ignition relay. That is where i would start.
