VCA CERTIFICATE

Hello guys
I'm from France and own a cerbera 4.5
It is a real difficulty to homologate this car by there.
I heard about the VCA in England which is as far as i know is the same than our administration in charge of the homologation of cars.
So, maybe it will help me a lot if i could give to our "so loved" administration here a copy of the VCA certificats.
They dont give such a document to " private people" as i understood it.
Anyone can help about this?

Have you tried this, i remember someone a little while back saying it helped him get his car registered.
