Just Bought 4.5!!
Discussion
I've just bought a 4.5 Cerbera from Fernhurst Motor Company for 25K with 1 year warranty and 19K miles on the clock. They have just done 24K service. Does anyone know the car, its previous reg was S10 TVR or if that seems good value for a dealer car. Its got brand new tyres, 18inch spiders, aircon, leather etc in metalic blue and has apparantley been completely sorted, i.e. leather repaired, paint chips etc.
Can't wait to get it, been wanting one since I saw them 5 years ago, and have only just got the courage to jump from my very reliable BMW to the world of TVR!

Dont know the car Steve, but Fernies have serviced my TVRs for the past 6 or so years and sold my old Griff to me. Without trying to put the mockers on your car, I doubt if Simon and the gang would sell anything that wasnt in good shape, so fingers crossed for you. (A month into Cerb ownership, and as the advert goes "I'm lovin it")

Good for you, sounds like you have got a cracking car.
I traded in my BMW for a chimaera at Fernies about 17 months ago and have never looked back, and it has never let me down in any way. They are a good bunch down there and have always done a great job on my car, and if you have any queries the after service care is very good too.

Hi,
Bought mine a year ago 24k miles on the clock for £25k from a dealer and it has been good fun and no worries for the year. That was also a totally sorted car, the scary moments haven't been driving but throttle cable snapping and battery going flat, even that was fun in a way!!

WTG Steve!
I park mine in a public bay just below my office window. On days when I take the car to work (today being one of them, obviously), and being in central Brighton with all the foriegn students/tourists, I sit and watch time and again as people stop to have their photos taken next to 'him' (no fluffy 'she' cars down here, there's enough of that going on in Brighton already!)
Being yellow, not sure about bees to honeypots, but the bloody traffic wardens swarm all over it. I see them checking the parking vouchers and actually waiting to pounce on him. So of course I time my run to the car to coincide with them getting their ticket machines out. Their faces are a picture when they cant give me a ticket (tho one bugger slipped through the net yesterday, ho hum)
