Can you provide technical details on the V5 form ?

I'm trying to get a SP6 thru swiss MOT. My V5 is missing some technical details in section 4. I'm particularly interested if anyone could provide data of paragraph 4.U (Sound Level) and 4.V (Exhaust Emissions) ?

has never been measured by TVR as far as i know
