I have been messing on with this cerbera for 6 months now.It has'nt been running for over 2 years i think and in a sorry state. Its been in a couple of auto electrics and still in now but no joy. After repairing fuel lines it was pumping fuel to the top of the engine but not going through the injectors and there was also no sark. Was turning over no problem with the oil pressure coming up.Can anyone give me any information with my problem or who to see, thanks.
You only need 3 things - Compression Spark Fuel
OK, so it may not run like a winner, but it will fire if you have all three.
Have you done a compression test? You should see 250 or there abouts.
Have you checked for a spark using an an inline tester?
Have you checked for fuel? Can you smell fuel in the exhaust? Can you see it on the Spark Plugs?
Diagnostic Software is nice, but it's not the Be All and End All. You can do the obvious stuff without it.

I had a problem with the 'crash sensor' (in my Chimaera) big name for a small componenet, a ball bearing in a box, when it gets dislodged it cuts essential supplies (petrol & ignition) to the engine. Does a cerb have one of those ?
Apparently on top of the fuel tank, although I've not looked for it myself.http://www.tvr-hhc.co.uk/
Has to be the best place for you to get things sorted rather than a back street job. Honestly suprised you did not go there in the first place.
