Hi there, I'm looking for parts for my 4.5 Cerbera, maybe you can help me:
-I need a throttle body (driver side) or both of them ( the butterfly on that bank don't close fast enough making the car staying at the same RPM or sometime accelerate when I press the clutch pedal when driving frown )
-A linked Decat ( can't find where to bought one)
-A standard back box ( I have Sport tail pipe and find these really too loud)

I hope you can help me with that. smile

Have you checked the return springs on the TB? Also setting them up using the manual and computer software can help. Also checking your throttle pots.

Why don't you get your throttle body's re-furbed I imagine it would be much cheaper than buying a used one that might do the same again.

Yeah I got a look at the springs and they look fine, but I ordered them (less than £10 so....) I totally disassemble the throttle body and everything looked fine, so I changed the throttle cable, but it doesn't change anything.... frown
I'm thinking of disassemble it again and use anti seize grease on the rod that clip the butterfly discs.

And I live in France so I'm a bit afraid by sending them via postal etc... I don't want my car to be park for 2 months....

Or try soaking the whole thing in the likes of diesel for a few days then strip it all down clean it grease it up and re-build it

I had countless issues with my throttle bodies and springs. Had them machined etc and joolz got me a progressive spring. Now perfect!

Same issue for me some time ago and was a sticky throttle cable.

Thanks for your answer, I'll try to ask Joolz about this progressive spring smile
