Exhaust sound question!

Hi everyone, i currently a 4.2 with ACT silenced decats, standard center section and JP rear sports exhausts 2.5"(pretty standard really) I am getting new standard manifolds from ACT 2 1/8" bore system with 3" tails. Question being i see these are perforated on the ACT pipes, will this be quieter than what i have now?
