Guys... I really need my mind making up here. I have been quoted by Olly in Ashford £1200 for a matt grey wrap!
I have also been quoted £1500 for a respray in my current (but forking booooring silver)

If I had the wrap in matt grey, I was going to powder coat my wheels dark red to suit the interior. That'd look soooo different! May only appeal to some but I'm not selling!

If I get it resprayed, it will ensure the resale value (when I do come to sell it!)

Sensible thoughts to help me make up my mind... OOOOR... Do I update my ZX12R to a ZX10R (five years newer and sexier Kawasaki)

DO YOU THINK THE WRAP WILL BE TASTEFUL??

I think the wrap will be more tastefull than the wheels!!

I think getting a wrap would be fine for a quick colour change but,, when it comes time to be removed you are back to square one!! with the old colour....although having had it wrapped for a year or three you might like the old colour again!!.

Never been a fan of full wraps a re-spray would be my first choice. As you say if you ever thing about re-sale it will help.

So NatBen... Matt grey with deep red (oxblood) spiders and nicely painted calipers? not a fan... or do you not see my vision? I think that colour combination would look stunning bow

mmmmmm, Im not sure, I would need to see it, I like the colour of the wrapp It doesn't sound bad but I'm not that keen on coloured wheels. But don't worry about what I think it's your car. You could always get the colour of the wheels changed easily enough if it didn't suit, maybe someone with photoshop skills could mock a picture up for you.

As you know I have my opinions on what should be done to Cerbera and what should not, not for me dark red wheels but as they are saying its your car and asking people what they think will only bring up people who will like it and people who won,t , so why not do what you want and stuff what people like me think, as natben said get someone who can use photshop and make your own mind up

If the car is Silver and you wrap it in matt black what you going to do about all the internal areas that are silver? As soon as you open the bonnet, boots doors etc are you not going to still see the silver? Maybe they wrap all that too I dunno but if not wont it look odd!!

I'm intending to do it matt grey so the silverdoesn't look too bad under the bonnet. I will have the door shuts done and the insides of the doors. I just want something a bit different. Maybe I should sell it and get a yellow one?

The matt grey with red wheels will be like a 911 GT3RS. So I'd go the whole hog and make the wing mirrors red and put some red 'Cerbera' graphics down the side in the same 'Carrera' font.
Not sure if this will require a rear spoiler!!?

Gran Turismo 5 has a Cerbera in it, that's good for trying out different colour and wheel combos.

Silver/oxblood actually sounds like a great colour combo to me. Anyway, I'd suggest to get it wrapped if you feel bored. That way you keep it original for a later sale and can enjoy the mattegrey for now.

Anyone ever tried this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNY9Dx617N8

Wow! That's amazing. Skip to the last couple of minutes to see him unmasking the windows and peeling the plastic off the headlights.

If I was in for a respray I might give this a go. For less than $300 (that's dollars) it's got to be worth considering
