So, after a successful starter motor transplant, I finally get a chance to take her out for a very very short run ( 3-4 miles )

I carefully drove her down to the beach, parked her up... walked the dog. Periodically looking back to admire how lovely she looks, as you do. smile

After a 30 minute stroll, i gets back in the car for a nice steady 2 mile drive back. short, but very very sweet.

How can it be, that in a space of 2 miles, 2 cars & 1 motorbike pulled out on me. Not just, OH im sorry, foot slipped, we are talking 3 very near swerving, slam the breaks, drop all anchors - misses!

Is it so, that my blue cerbera has been cleaned so much, its turning invisible?

is it me? driving to steadily, or has the threat of summer started taking its toll?

No. I think it's the drop dead gorgeous affect that most of us understand with people. You want to be around them but then you can sometimes forget to act normal and an idiot appears where you used to be.

The car's a stunner and people forget how to drive properly near it.

I hope it's not just me with this theory.

Sarah calls my cerb 'The Stealth Cerb', due to this very problem

I have the same problem. Its the only car I drive where I consistently have to take avoiding action and it isn't me doing silly leptons.
Also I've noticed at the Sunday Services mine is the only Cerb that never gets photographed. Definately invisible.
