New AJP8 pistons?

Just having a look on the PU website for their contact details when up pops this picture of a piston. So who's commissioned this ajp8 piston then ?

they're not those pistons, i know what's in that engine. unless they had them changed from when i saw it, but i don't think so. from what i recall they were basically a std piston on a larger bore with the intruder taken off. these look much nicer

You did more than see it !! You had a hand in building it.

But thanks for discribing my piston design, I made it quite clear on my 4.8 thread I didn't want to share it on piston heads.

As for the intruder. It's a floored concept. My pistons are far superior

I don't know what you're upset about graham. I'm only describing the picture you yourself posted on here. How's the engine going anyway? Been very quiet on that front .. surely it must be run in and mapped by now? Is it making good power? I do seriously hope it's ok for you.

I've never posted a picture of the piston.
I was asked to keep them details to myself.

I once posted a picture of the block to help Gazzab out with head studs but I photo shopped out the pistons.

The 4.8 is going really well thanks. Not yet mapped. But it's booked in soon.

CP pistons are pretty good but I prefer Ross as they're better priced.

I will up date my post when I get the results.. But I'm not booked in untill the end of August .

I'd love 490 bhp but I think that may be a little optimistic for my road engine.
