Used Front Shocks?

Last year I bought a pair of used shocks of a PHer (in fact he virtually gave them away), just in case one of mine started leaking. Well one has now started leaking, but unfortunately it’s a front that’s leaking and I have a pair of spare rears – Doh!

Does anyone have any used front shocks going cheap?

Yeap I have two - literally just came off the car at the weekend. Nothing wrong with them, just changed to Gaz all round as one of the rears was beginning to weep

I have a full set i bought for the same reason as you they are in the classifieds. gave them a little tart up ran them for a week and ended up with nitrons when they arrived at last.

Thanks Scott, I was actually looking to renew my suspension this summer, but the remap ate my budget. So I'm just looking for a quick cheap fix for now, and yours are a bit more than that, thanks anyway.

I think I have a set of gaz shocks kicking about somewhere. Soon after I bought them, one started making noises and it was replaced under warranty. A few months later, same thing again (can't remember if it was the same one or even if it was front or rear) but decided to go the Nitron route.

Not sure if they're blue, gold, or halcyon spectraflare starmist aquamarine but only did a few K miles on them. 3 are good and I'm sure the noisy one can be serviced/repaired.

Available for £40.00 for all 4 to anyone who can collect them from Woking area, Surrey. Subject to me being able to find em.
